Wellness should never become another measure of what someone can afford.
We believe every woman deserves access to movement, restoration, community, and the resources that help her care for herself through every season of life. The Abide Wellness Foundation exists to remove the financial and circumstantial barriers that can put that care out of reach, creating a place where more women can feel supported, connected, and reminded that they don’t have to navigate life alone.
Who We Serve
The Abide Wellness Foundation serves women navigating financial hardship, major life transitions, recovery, motherhood, and other seasons that can make caring for themselves feel out of reach. Our goal is to remove barriers to wellness and create greater access to movement, childcare, supportive resources, and a community where every woman can feel welcomed and cared for.
You may be a good fit for support if the desire to care for yourself is there, but the cost of a membership, childcare, wellness services, or other resources is standing in the way. Support is designed for women who would genuinely benefit from greater access to these resources and are looking for a place to move, restore, connect, and feel supported in the season they’re in.

Meet The Heart Behind
The Abide Foundation
Hi, I'm Allie, the founder of Abide Wellness Boutique.
As I began building Abide Wellness, I knew I wanted it to be more than a Pilates studio or a place you could only belong if you could afford a membership. I wanted to create a space women could walk into during different seasons of life and find movement, restoration, community, and practical support.
The Abide Wellness Foundation is how we extend that mission even further.
There are seasons when caring for yourself can easily fall to the bottom of the list. For a single mother, finding time for movement might also mean finding and paying for childcare. For a woman rebuilding her life, counseling, nutrition support, or a wellness membership might simply be out of reach. Sometimes the desire to care for yourself is there, but the resources aren't.
I don't believe a woman's financial circumstances should determine whether she has access to the things that can help her feel healthier, supported, and connected.
Through the Foundation, we're working to remove some of those barriers by providing sponsored memberships, movement classes, childcare, wellness services, workshops, mentorship, and community resources to women who need them.
But more than anything, I want receiving that support to feel like being welcomed into a community, not receiving charity.
Sometimes access to a Pilates class, a safe place for your children, a counselor, a nutrition resource, or simply a community that knows your name can be the beginning of something much bigger.
My hope is that the Abide Wellness Foundation makes it possible for more women to experience the heart of Abide, regardless of their financial circumstances. A place to move, restore, connect, and be reminded that they don't have to navigate life alone.
A place to move. A place to restore. A place to belong.
The Abide Wellness Foundation was created to make sure more women have access to the care, community, and support they need, regardless of what they can afford.
